Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the suppliers and internal clients (overseas sister company) regarding the QA/QC problem
• Investigate and follow up on the problem
• Define responsibility, arrange an exchange, product recall, and compensation for sister company
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Ensure products meet sister companies' expectations and demand
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Visit the factories in Asia(4-6 times/year)(China, Vietnam, etc)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience in the automotive or electronics industry preferred
• Candidates with sales support or sales experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
