Job Description
Our client, a investment company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support for Managing Director and Investment Team
- Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require boss’s presence
- Arrange conference calls and scheduling daily meetings
- Update mail/phone directories
- Arrange tickets and accommodations for overseas trip
- Prepare itinerary, trip file and supplies
- Prepare correspondence, reports, materials for presentation and publication
- Translate presentation or information upon requested
- Coordinate and update the project tool
- Research information from various sources, gather data and perform analyses
- Provide administrative service to the support team such as handle all purchasing activities, sample
- requisitions, PO follow-up, price / trade terms negotiations, order processing / executions, contact list management.
- As a backup during the absence of receptionist
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting Tertiary
- Minimum 4 years secretarial experience in investment institutions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good in Japanese. Fluent in written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
- Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Energetic , well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferable
