Job Description
• Full spectrum of secretarial support to the Japanese CEO, particularly managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangement
• Attend business trips around the world (Europe, America, Asia) with the CEO (Around 2 weeks/month)
• Translate email and presentation material (Japanese to English or vice versa)
• Take a minute and provide simultaneous interpretation (Japanese to English or vice versa)
• Handle sensitive matters and documents with a high level of confidentiality
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Bilingual in English and Japanese (JLPT N1), Chinese ability is a plus
• At least 5 years of work experience in a Japanese company
• Outgoing, composed, and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses a global outlook and understanding, with the ability to engage effectively in an international business environment
• Able to travel frequently (Around 2 weeks/month)
