Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> At the newly established CTC (Corporate Treasury Center) function company in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the operation, optimization, and management of fundraising between group companies from various countries. The responsibilities include: - Lending and borrowing between group companies in different countries - Adjustment of foreign exchange risk hedging - Fundraising from financial institutions and negotiations with banks - Implementation of cash management systems - Acting on behalf of payment and collection operations for group companies in various countries - Financial oversight and shared services provision to group companies in various countries (such as cash flow management) - Direct fundraising from the Hong Kong market (equity/bonds) - Collaboration with executives responsible for financial operations at the Japan headquarters (communication in Japanese required) - Other related tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Japanese language skill at or above conversation level and business level of English skill - More than 3 years of management experience in accounting and finance operations - Knowledge and understanding of CTC (Corporate Treasury Center) functions - Experience negotiating with banks, tax experience, and experience in a CTC function company is preferred - MS Excel skills (data entry, table creation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
