Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese manufacturing & trading company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team –
Duties
•Responsible for managing bids in response to RFP, preparing risk management and ensuring the deals go smooth
•To meet the qualification in a structured manner, identifying any areas of weakness with an action plan to address issues/concerns.
•Support negotiations at senior levels, within major customers and supplier environments.
•Develop customer relationships and seek opportunities to grow the business.
•To promote the vision and strategy of the Bid Management and of the bids supported. To proactively highlight any areas for improvement and provide solutions and support to resolve them.
Requirements
•Degree holder in Business, Engineering or related discipline
•At least 3 years’ solid experience in logistic field , with document Solution /IT services background is highly preferable
•Multi tasks capability and can work independently. Team player and is self-motivated
•Proficiency of utilizing PowerPoint and Excel
•Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin, conversational in Japanese would be an advantage
