Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Support HR duties such as recruitment, staff onboarding and terminations, visa applications, employee benefits: Insurance, medical check-ups, employee activities, etc.
• Receptionist: including opening doors, handling visitors, serving tea, phone calls.
• Order office supplies such as distilled water, stationery, telecommunication, printer, furniture
• Handle hotel reservations and flight ticket
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
• At least 2 years of HR & Admin experience in a Japanese Company preferred
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
