Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Perform a full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, tranining & development, compliance and employee engagement.
•	Propose and manage annual HR budget and expenses.
•	Implement and maintain HR Information System (HRIS).
•	Design and conduct HR data analysis reports.
•	Propose HR policies innovation prospectively.
•	Lead an Administration team to perform general office administration in group companies.
•	Participate in ad hoc HR & Admin projects as required, e.g. origanizational restructuring.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
•	Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
•	At least 10 years of hands-on experience in all-round HR management in MNC.
•	Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and other related regulations.
•	Good command of both written and spoken Japanese (JPLT-level 2 or above), English and Chinese.
•	Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, esp Excel and Powerpoint.
•	Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•	Mature, responsible, detailed-mind and well organized. 
•	Be able to work under pressure.
•	Immediate availability is preferred.
•	Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
