Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment, Payroll, MPF, salaries tax calculations, attendance, staff records maintenance, company insurances
• Assist in internal training
• Assist in HR policies and procedures implementation
• Document control and filing
• Provide secretarial support to department manager
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years of HR / Admin / Secretary experience in a Japanese company
• Fluent in Japanese(N1) and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word)
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, team-player
• Able to work independently
