Our client, A Japanese logistic company is looking for HR personnel with following requirements
Duties
- Payroll calculation (pay date on 30th ~ warehouse & truck team)
- MPF administration duties (warehouse and truck team)
- update attendance and annual leave record (warehouse & truck team)
- handle documents for employee claims case (warehouse and truck team)
- Recuritment for Warehouse and Truck Team
- Letter Issue (e.g. reference letter, termination letter, warning letter & etc) -
- Conduct new staff orientation
- Provide gerneral office H.R. and administrative support
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
- Provide general clerical support to the department and manage ad hoc assignment and projects
High Diploma or above in HR management -
- 3 yrs relevant experience
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Good spoken in Mandarin & Japanese is an advantage
- Strong PC skills in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Willing to work overtime when required
