Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is now looking for a manager for their HR Department with below requirements
- Over 7 years’ experience in full spectrum of HR functions, experience in logistics industry is an advantage
- Good command of Japanese & English
- Familiar with MS Office
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Manage and monitor all aspects of human resources functions including staff recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and training & development
- Update and maintain HR information and data
- Conduct researching duties & liaise with governmental dept.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required
