Job Description
- Handle general Admin&HR duties such as equip management, office necessities maintenance
- Payroll calculation of part time staff
- Manage company shuttle bus
- Arrange company trip and annual dinner
- Prepare air ticket and hotel for business trip
- Some Japanese translation is required
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Japanese, especially verbal and writing (N1 certificate is a must)
- Relevant experience is highly preferred
- Above 2 years working experience in each previous company *except company reason resign
- Stable, sincere and flexible
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Immediately available is an advantage
