Job Description
Our client is a well-known FMCG manufacturer in cleaning and hygiene product. They are currently seeking a right candidate to join their team for business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Human Resource function, provide strategic planning to the company
- Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures
- Lead and execute in various HR matters on ad-hoc basis.
Requirement:
- University degree in Human Resources management
- Minimum 8 years in Human Resources duties with at least 3 years in managerial level
- Proficiency in MS office and HR application
- Fluent in Japanese, English, Mandarin, Cantonese
- Native Japanese with able to speak English or Mandarin is highly preferred
- Mature, reliable and ability to work independently
- Less experience may consider as Assistant HR & Admin. Supervisor
- Immediate available is preferred
