Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Find retail properties for new store opening, events and so on in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen area • Liaison with local estate agents, shopping mall landlord in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen area • Negotiate with local estate agents, shopping mall landlord with proactive leasing strategy • Keep updated contract matters about properties • Conduct marketing research and trend • Basically stationed in HK but travel to Macau, Shenzhen area in necessary • Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma or above • At least 2 years of leasing experience or real estate experience • Fluent in English and Chinese and business level in Japanese language • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint for presentations • Great negotiation skills and flexibility to perform business trips to not only domestic Hong Kong, but also Macau and Shenzhen area
