Requirements
- More than 3 years related working experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, F&B, or sanitary industries preferred
- Good command of Japanese, English
- Interested in suppliment.
- Willing to go on business trips
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishment of new branches in Asia Pacific region
- Liaise with different government organization for establishment
Preparation, draft and negotiate various types of contracts and agreements.
Manage all the legal matter in business operation within the company, both domestic and globally.
To be responsible for product registration and licensing
- Maintain intellectual property rights
- Conduct marketing research, perform analysis and reports
- Perform business trips around Asia Pacific
