Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese mfg of plastic & garment company is now looking for the following talent -
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operation to ensure operating procedures are conforming to company policies of the group in both HK and PRC
- Setup standard operation procedures and streamline work process, to maximize operation efficiency
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain process, such as logistics service providers sourcing, logistics quality management, cost estimation and review, inventory control
- Communicate collaboratively with internal departments, factories and customers
- Supervise a sales support team and enhance staff development through training programs and manpower plans
- Prepare reports and analysis works for top management, including sales forecast, budget, inventory control, cost estimation
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- At least 8 years relevant experience with minimum 3 years in managerial level
- Strong sales and logistics operations background, and familiar with all shipping procedures and standards
- Experience of supervising PRC staff would be a plus
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Knowledge in Japanese is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge in PC operations (MS Word, Excel)
- Mature, good people management skills, problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
- Business travel to PRC is required
