Job Description
Our client, a Japanese forwarder, is now looking for high caliber candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Operation Manager
Job duties:
- Management of Company Airfreight & Ocean business
- Supervise a team for daily operation
- Liaise with co-loading agent and vendors
- Handle critical complain if requires
- Making quotation & bidding
- Report business performance to Vice General Manager and Director monthly
- Prepare yearly budgeting
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years working experience must related to Forwarder Company
- With Japanese forwarder experience and well know the logistics industry in Mainland China is an advantage.
- Proficient in handling Airfreight and Ocean shipment operations
- Experience in supervise the team
- Good command in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
- Proficient in Japanese is a definite advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese input, MS Office, Outlook Exchange
Benefit:
Salary: $20 – 24K for Assistant Manager, $25 – 35K for Manager
Group Medical,
Double paid
Annual leave entitlements by 10 days (maximum of 14 days),
Marriage leave with pay 5 days,
Bereavement leave with pay from 2 days to 5 days,
Bonus in 2 times every year (depends on company business),
Long Service Award over each 6 years,
Education Allowance
