Requirements:
Good command of Japanese and English
Solid experience as Supervisor in retail and merchandising field
Experience in online marketing field is preferable
Good command of MS office
Duties:
Perform high quality research to maximize sales opportunities and new business
Develop effective recruitment and retention strategies for the retail shops.
Manage Sales staff in the retail shops.
Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
