Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of interior components for automotive, is looking for Purchasing Assistant Manager/Executive with following requirements.
【Responsibilities】
・To communicate with customer and supplier to keep good business relationship
・Negotiate with suppliers for right pricing and schedule
・Monitor procurement activities to achieve company goals in quality and pricing
・To carry out any other procurement duties as assigned.
・To visit existing customer and get the new order
・To follow the order from existing customer, check the product quality and arrange the shipping schedule
・To handle translation(English/Mandarin/Japanese)
・To handle any ad hoc duties
【Requirements】
・Good command of Mandarin,Japanese and English
・Willing to business trip to China Mainland
・Over 3 years working experience as Sales or procurement
・Experience in management is a plus
・Good communication and negotiation skills
・Well organized,Detail mind
