Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide sales operations and administrative support
• Communicate with the Sales team to solve customer inquiry
• Issue PO/ CO/ PI to vendors and customers via the SAP system
• Coordinate with internal and external parties about order status, item cost, label arrangement, and license status
• Maintain and update databases on a timely basis
• Negotiate schedule with vendors and update shipment plan to internal parties to ensure on-time delivery
• Sample arrangement
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• 1 year of sales support experience
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (e.g.: pivot table, VLookup), Chinese Word processing
• Experience in the SAP system would be an advantage
