Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the team members after they conducted QA/QC inspection overseas
• Assist the team members in handling documents and reports in Japanese
• Liaise with the HQ in Japan and make sure the documentation is in accordance with HQ's guidelines
• Assist in general administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, copying, filing, mailing
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 2 years of sales support experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Chinese, and English
• Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
