Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese Trading company is now looking for the following talent -
Responsibilities:
- Sales order follow up, delivery and document arrangement
- Coordinate with Japan headquarter, suppliers and customers
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide support to sales team
- Handle general administration duties, including travel and
- accommodation arrangement
- Prepare reports for management review
- Translate documents from Japanese to Chinese/English and vice versa
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any displince
- Fluent spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1), Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in sales coordination
- Stable employment history is highly preferred
- Good team player and good communication skills
