Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- 70-80% of duties will be sales management duty from order to delivery of electronic products (ordering/delivery management of import and export/making shipping documents)
- Support general affairs-related duties
- Support for group companies (Japan, Singapore, China); handling claims about inspection of purchased products, customer service duties at annual exhibitions, creating marketing reports for the exhibitions
- Perform business trips to South China a few times a year
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3 years of sales support experience
・Work experience in Japanese company is highly advantage.
・Conversational level of Japanese skill, Business level of English and Mandarin skills
・Proficient MS skills
