Our client, a famous Japanese electronics manufacturing and trading company, specialized in electronics parts, is now looking for a sales assistant.
Job duties
• Provide sales administration support to sales team in Hong Kong Office, such as processing sales order, monitoring delivery and issuing invoice etc.
• Communicate and liaise between factories and clients
• Handle ad hoc projects
Job requirements
• 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of English and Mandarin. Japanese speaking is an advantage
• MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• With team spirit and willing to learn
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Mon - Fri: 8:30 - 17:10
