Our Client, a famous Japanese Retail/ trading company is looking for below talent to fulfill their team -
Requirements
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines;
- At least 3 years working experience;
- Experience in sales planning & management is preferred;
- Passionate, team player, detail-minded;
- Strong communication skills with team and external parties;
- Excellent command in English, Chinese and Japanese is must;
- Proficiency in MS office Applications;
- Occasional travel may be required;
- Immediately available preferably.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the shop team members to achieve sales target and maintain in a high standard of environment and customer satisfaction;
- Evaluate the manpower planning and ensure on-site shop operations and services at a high standard as per the company's requirements;
- Implementation of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs to enhance brand awareness;
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits;
- Participation in ad-hoc assignments as required.
