Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Business activities to existing and new customers
- Liaise with internal and external staff and customers
- Coordinate with HQ, supplier and customers about delivery and order
- Respond information about production planning
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- When there are delivery problems, change in LT and quality issues, liaise with related parties
- Perform business trips (South China etc depending on the location of customers and suppliers)
- Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- F.7/DSE or above
- At least 1year of sales experience (B-to-B Sales experience of parts products will be advantage)
- Microsoft office(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
- Business level of Japanese (JPLT N2 or above), English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Willing to perform business trips (South China etc depending on the location of customers and suppliers)
- Good Communication skill and a sociable personality
