Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company, is now looking Sales as the following:
Requirements
Tertiary education with at least 3 years experiences in sales & marketing or trading business. Below industries are preferred but not essential:
-Construction industry with trading firms
-Electric wired and solar business related
-Real estate and architectural office
- Proficiency in MS word, excel and power point, incl. Chinese typing
- Language: Good spoken and writing skills of English & Mandarin.Japanese is a plus
Responsibilities
- Report to management in H.K. and Shanghai Sales Office;
- Implement sales & marketing promotion;
- Handle all inquiry about company product under Architectural Glass Business;
- Customer services work including shipping document; order processing, monitor shipping schedule and follow up with current customer , etc.;
- Prepare report and forecast when required;
- Arrange samples to customers;
- Perform business trip to HK, Macau and Guangdong Province 7-8 times per month
- To handle any ad hoc duties
