Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Purchase chemical materials from existing Chinese suppliers, mostly manufacturers, and traders (95%) • Look for new suppliers(5%) • Sell Chemical materials to the company’s subsidiaries oversea, such as Japan, Southeast Asia, etc)(80%) • Sell Chemical materials to external clients(20%) • Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints • Prepare annual budget and achieve the target • Maintain good relationship with customers and supplier • Business trip to Asia • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese • Diploma or above • At least 5 years of purchasing/sales/ sales support experience in a Japanese trading company • Chemical materials experience preferred but not necessary • Proficient in MS Office
