Our client, a Japanese company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Job Description
- Maintain current business accounts and develop potential new business
- Review pricing and profitability of key customers
- Prepare business correspondence/ contracts and provide necessary support on customer’s requests
- Import/ Export/ Logistics arrangements and co-ordination supports.
- Prepare monthly sales report and forecast
- Interpretation and translation in Japanese Language on request
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Department Head/ Sales Manager
- Business trips to PRC is required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in business related studies
- 2+ relevant experience
- Having experience in handling shipping documents/ quotation/ packing list/ sales invoice/ insurance and claims documents and etc.
- Sales and marketing knowledge particularly in the plastic bags markets is advantageous
- Good command of spoken and written Japanese (JPT Level 1), English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and eager to develop career in Japanese Company
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline (overtime workload may occur in peak season)
- Good PC skills (MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Chinese and Japanese typing)
