Job Description
Our client, a manufacturer of interior components for automotive, is looking for Japanese Speaking Sales & Purchase Coordinator with following requirements.
【Responsibilities】
•Handle sales orders follow up, issue PO, Invoice, packing list, delivery notes
•Liaise with customers, suppliers and forwarder for delivery arrangement
•Issue shipping related documents
•Any others ad-hoc
•Quotation and price list issue
•Preparing Monthly Sales & Purchase Report and Forecast
•Business Trip to China 1-2 times per month
【Requirements】
•Over 5 years relevant experience for Trading company
•Good knowledge in shipping arrangement
•Capable to speak & writing Japanese Language
•Good command in both English & Mandarin
•Immediate available would be highly preferred
•Prefers mature
