Requirements
- Degree holder with more than 2 years relevant experience as Sales Coordinator
- Knowledge in Shipping documentation
- Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Previous working experience in Japanese companies is preferable; stable work history
- Good in Japanese and Chinese word processing, basic skills in Excel and Word
- Supporting the Japanese Director of the company
- Prepare Sales related documents
- Translation of the government and banking related documents (English or Mandarin to Japanese)
- Liaise with clients and suppliers, answer inquiries.
- Other daily office administrative duties
- Input and submit accounting data to the accountant
- Other ad hoc matters (deposit cheques etc.)
