Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
• University graduate (fresh graduate will also be considered);
• Experience in Secretary or administrative field
• Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn;
• Good command of spoken and written Japanese (JLPT:N2), English and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal skills. Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people;
• Be able to work quickly under pressure, independent, and to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
• Proactive work attitude, well organized and good time management.
Job Descriptions:
• Provide all round secretarial support to top management;
• Handle translation & interpretation (Japanese / English / Chinese) request;
• Report writing, travel management and general administration support to HR&GA Department;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
