Our client, a well-known Japanese bank, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Main Responsibilities:
Ÿ-Provides full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to department head
-Schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements and social activities
-Handle reports, correspondences and filing
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline;
-At least 6 years’ secretary experience in serving senior Management
-Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, Japanese
-Good communication skills, outgoing and be a good team player;
-Mature, detail-minded with strong analytical skill, able to work under pressure.
