Job Description
Our client, a Japanese business consulting firm is looking for a candidate to fill their secretary position with following requirement:
Responsibilities:
- Provide company secretarial services and support Managing Director
- Coordinate between clients and in-house accountants
- Arrange meetings and prepare minutes
- Arrange business trips / make hotel & flight bookings
- Handle general administrative work
- Back up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum work experience as admin or secretary, with some knowledge in accounting (Double-entry bookkeeping system)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese
- Working experience in Japanese companies is highly preferred
- Bright and mature personality, cooperative, attentive to details with stable work history
- Good PC skills incl. MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Immediate available is preferred
