Job Description

Our client, a Japanese business consulting firm is looking for a candidate to fill their secretary position with following requirement:


Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial services and support Managing Director
  • Coordinate between clients and in-house accountants
  • Arrange meetings and prepare minutes
  • Arrange business trips / make hotel & flight bookings 
  • Handle general administrative work 
  • Back up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years minimum work experience as admin or secretary, with some knowledge in accounting (Double-entry bookkeeping system)
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese
  • Working experience in Japanese companies is highly preferred
  • Bright and mature personality, cooperative, attentive to details with stable work history
  • Good PC skills incl. MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
