Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide full secretarial support to managing Director and Japanese expatriates;
- Draft correspondences
- Assist to compose business plan and monthly reports;
- Coordinate and support the arrangements for itineraries, travel vouchers and process reimbursements.
- Interpret for Japanese expatriates and local staffs (Japanese-English-Chinese);
- Translate agreements, advertising materials and daily documents.
- Serve as Administration Officer for HK office and factory:
・Support office daily operations, supplies, repair and maintenance;
・Manage company Insurances;
・Manage tenancy agreements, sales contracts
・Organize staff activities;
- Serve as HR Officer for HK and Macau Area:
・Attendance record administration;
・Compensation and Benefit;
・Recruitment;
・MPF Enrollment;
・Appraisal;
・Maintain and develop employee manual;
・VISA application;
・Labour tribunal case and labor relations;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned:
・Office removal and set -up including premises search, removal coordination, decoration, security and communication system;
・Assist with Macao Branch set-up including company registration, shop decoration;
・Handle small claim tribunal case
- Adhoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 3 years relevant experience (Japanese company preferable)
・Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task;
・Fluency in written and spoken English, Japanese (Level 1), and Cantonese is essential.
・Mandarin will be also advantage
・University degree or equivalent preferred
・3年以上の秘書関連経験(日系企業優遇)
・対人スキルとコミュニケーションスキルが高く、マルチタスクができる方
・英語、日本語(レベル1)、広東語の読み書きが堪能であること
・北京語が出来れば尚可
・大学の学位または同等の学位が望ましい
・香港で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方
