Job Description
Our client, a Japanese manufacturing & trading company is now looking for the following candidate as the following -
Senior Accountant (Japanese-speaking)
Responsibilities:
¨ Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting various group companies in South China region
¨ Review group consolidation performance from management accounting view point, and provide feedback to management teams
¨ Prepare forecast and budget analysis report, as well as assist in regional budgeting and business planning
¨ Frequently communicate with accounting and management team in Hong Kong, South China and Japan
¨ Develop effective financial systems, procedures and policies to enhance internal control and execution, cost control, credit control and inventory control
¨ Handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
¨ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
¨ At least 8 years solid experience in finance, auditing or accounting. Less experience will be considered as Accountant.
¨ Experience in Big Four accounting firms or sizable companies is highly preferred
¨ Sound knowledge in HKFRS and familiar with PRC accounting and taxation
¨ Excellent skills in MS Excel and financial application (ERP systems and data warehouse)
¨ Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above)
¨ Good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure
¨ Immediate available is preferred
