Job Description
Our client, a Japanese sizable IT company, is looking for suitable candidates with the following requirements:
Requirements
· At least 3 years relevant experience in engineering field
· System administration experience on MS and Linux platforms are preferred
· Good command of Japanese and English
· Degree holder majoring in computer science or related disciplines
· With PMP, CCNP, MCSE, VCP certifications is preferred
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support (including IT solution/ service) to customers
· Be responsible for troubleshooting for enquiries regarding software, hardware and network
· Assist in any ad hoc projects
