Job Description
Our client, a Japanese take-out restaurant is urgently looking for a suitable candidate with following requirements-
Responsibilities
- Manage the shop daily activities including the brand image, cost control to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead the shop front-end staff and provide direction to reach or exceed the assigned shop targets
- Maintain high quality on food and services;
- Responsible for daily reporting; and
- Management and supervision of the stock level
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- Minimum 3 years of shop manager experience in fast food (probably Japanese) restaurant;
- Knowledge of food safety and food hygiene is a must;
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skill , hardworking and reliable is a must;
- Able to work under pressure; and capability to handle rapidly growing business operation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Japanese.
Package:
- 13-15K (Base) + Commission 1K-5K depending on shop gross margin
- Shift duty :9 hours during 09:00 to 23:00, 6 days’ work during Monday to Sunday.
- 10 days of paid annual leave for each completed year of service
