Job Description
<Duties>
-Responsible for team building and management of the marketing team.
-Analyze web data and sales data from offline marketing platform.
-Create and Plan digital business strategy to achieve annual business goals for the company's marketing platforms.
-Work closely with internal parties for product assortments, IT, fulfilment etc. for marketing platforms, working with regional and local planning and brand teams.
-Responsible for and putting understanding all data coming in across all, etc into meaningful reports.
-Develop store content including product photos and descriptions; lead revamps/enhancement projects.
-Monitor competitors' trends to improve the company's marketing strategy.
-Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
-At least 3 years or above experience in marketing or trade marketing as a leader, supervisor or assistant manager.
-Work experience in retail industries is a plus.
-Familiarity with Local/Global market trend.
-Ability to analyze & plan and good presentation skills.
-A self-motivated and energetic team-building person with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Communication level in Japanese and Business level in English.
-Proficiency in MS Office
