Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
(1) Daily POS/system-related correspondence that comes out of the sales department (probably occurs every day)
(2) Sessions on system issues in each department
⇒ Pursuit of solutions that can be solved with system equipment
(3) Measures to address system issues in the sales department
⇒ Visit physical stores and solve problems that are causing defects
(4) Promotion of new investments (attendance system, new purchase system, etc.)
(5) Organizing sessions and operations with vendors
⇒ Create a flow until the actual completion of the business
(6) Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Work experience of In-house SEs in the system
-Work experience in Retail industries is a great advantage
-Excellent communication skills to coordinate with external vendors and to summarize internal requirements are must.
-Conversational Japanese skill and native level of Cantonese skill
-Work experience in Retail industries is an advantage
-Independent and flexible person
-No need to create a program or infrastructure
