Job Description
Our client, a Global IT service company is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support of software solutions for access control for Centrify Server Suite Overseas Customers by both phone and email
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure successful customer software deployments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a technical support role (We welcome fresh graduates to join)
- Experience in at least one of the most common Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Mac OS) and Windows Server platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat is an advantage
- Strong communications skills in Japanese and English (Both verbal and written) and outstanding interpersonal skills
