Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Attracting customers and sales service at the Wedding EXPO held in Hong Kong - Sales service with the bride and groom online or offline - Converting Japanese and English materials into Cantonese - Wedding planning (meetings) with the bride and groom - Receiving and placing orders for products requested by the bride and groom - Email correspondence in Japanese with Japanese wedding venues - Phone correspondence in Japanese with Japanese wedding venues - Contacting the bride and groom via email and phone - Creating and issuing estimates related to weddings - Creating and issuing invoices related to weddings - Business trips to Japan for two days (or three days depending on the case) before and on the day of the wedding event for the assigned bride and groom - Business trips to Japan include accompanying and interpreting for the rehearsal the day before, accompanying and interpreting for the wedding on the day, and support and response during irregular situations - Using business tools such as Excel (spreadsheets) and Word (documents)
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates are welcome - Work experiences (including part-time, internship) or studying abroad experiences in Japan are highly advantageous. - Business level in Cantonese, English, and Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or above certificate holder is preferred) - Availability to work on weekends - Ability of business trips to Japan (assuming approximately 2 times a month) - Proficiency in MS Excel (spreadsheets) and Word (documents) - Great hospitality and independent personality
