Responsibilities:
Providing quality customer services to our key customers
Handling all client enquiries
Performing shipment tracing in air team .
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
Customer-focus, flexible, initiative and able to work under pressure
Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
Good PC knowledge especially in MS Excel
