Job Description
Our client, a Japanese machinery manufacturer, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years on Handling import and export documents (L/C, bank documents)
- Experience in exporting goods to mainland China is an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese(Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Good team player
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set export document, e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, Bill of ladings and certificate of origin
- Daily input and verification of system data
- Provide clerical and administrative support to logistic group
- Other ad hoc duties
