Our client, a famous Japanese high-tech electronic company is now looking for the following candidate
Responsibilities :
1) Place purchase order with other suppliers.
2) Respond to inquiry from customer, such as delivery time and quotation.
3) Take order from customers and arrange the best delivery time.
4) Arrange the shipment with outsourcing company.
5) Check the end user/end use for all shipment by contacting dealers.
Requirements :
•Degree holder, and at lease 1 year of working experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and Outlook
•Relevant experience in international trading company is preferable
•Detail-minded and multi-task oriented with good organization ability
•Good command in written and spoken English. Chinese language is preferable.
