• Plan and lead the whole operation and the general management
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of business operations
• Improving internal processes and ensuring employees cohesion
• Maintain market position and promote market share
• Research and identify business opportunities
• Handle paperwork such as reporting documents and forecasts
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management or related disciplines
• At least 5-year of managerial experiences in a trading company
• Extensive experiences of various functions such as finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.
• Good Command of Japanese, English, and Mandarin
