Job Description

Our client, a famous HK financial service company is now looking for the following candidate -
 
  • Lead the sales administration team to deliver excellent before and after sales service to customers and our investment advisors, which includes new business origination, claims, policy renewal, member movement and underwriting;
  • Supervise customer services support to ensure enquiries and complaints from both internal an external clients are handled in compliance with internal control policies and service standards;
  • Prepare and verify various reports relating to sales, sales commission calculation, sales revenue calculation and reconciliation;
  • Assist the department head to recruit, coach and develop a team of investment advisors to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder in any disciplines;
  • 3-5 years of sales administration and customer services experience in IFA or insurance broker industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication skills;
  • Customer oriented and be able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both Cantonese and English; Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is highly desirable but not a must;
  • Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI LE Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 3, 5 or equivalent is highly preferred.
