Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Mainly order placement, receipt/shipping of products, and accounting tasks.
Main daily duties (80-90%) are as below.
- Order processing, inputting inbound and outbound data, inputting purchase and sales data
- Responding to customer purchasing needs (delivery response, quotation presentation, etc.)
- Communication and negotiation with vendors (delivery management, quotation requests, etc.)
- Responding to complaint investigations, handling requests for parts certification, managing customer requirements and presenting requirements to vendors
- Managing and notifying accounts receivable to sales destinations
Assist Admin, Accounting work (10%)
- Expense payment operations (input) and management
- Document management for accounting firms.
Warehouse duties (10%)
- Warehouse operations: product transshipment (hand-carrying of small cargo), shipping label attachment, inventory counting.
- Might execute customer visit to the Shenzhen Dongguan area. (once a year/2years)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Good command of Mandarin and English writing skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese language skill
・Working experience in Trading company or Electric Parts industry
・Fresh graduate is considerable
