Job Description
<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
・Execute the company's brand communication initiatives based on Global Brand Communication strategies
・In charge of all marketing reports and programs to keep track on results and evaluate the effectiveness
・In charge of brand marketing development and execution of all in-store promotions and marketing activities/events at retail level to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales/traffic
・Develop best-in-class practices for local PR specialists
・Support PR and all marketing activities during international events
・Propose potential marketing or PR activities in regular basis
・Work closely with different media and agency for implementing all brand activities
・Manage budget and targets for retention activities and report against ROI
・Drive, manage and support all Visual Merchandising, Collaboration projects displays, pop-ups etc. under the direction of the headquarter in Japan
・Responsible for the graphic design for various marketing campaigns and functions
Job Requirement
<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
• Bachelor's degree or above
・University graduate in PR, Marketing, Communication preferred
・5+ years related hands-on experience of Marketing, preferably in fashion retail industry
・An excellent understanding of all areas of the Communications and PR mix
・PR savvy individual and has good digital journalistic instincts
・Very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
・Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and managerial skill
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
・Advance in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
