Our client, a Taiwain base company is now looking for the following candidate -
Responsibilities:
- Handle the coordination & documentation with the global and regional operation business development
- Manages the administrative processes related to customer service to ensure it is completed in an accurate, timely, and comprehensive manner
- To regularly review handling procedures to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- To handle customer enquiries from different channels
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities
- To feedback complaints of customers to management for review or improvement of work flow and procedures
Requirements:
- Native Japanese Speaker
- University graduate and fresh graduates will be considered
- Experience with sales & customer services
- Very good communication skills in written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and multicultural understanding
