Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese electronics trading company is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties
- Providing sales leadership in the team
- Establish, penetrate and develop the company’s business presence in China
- Works closely with sales management and factory counterpart to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel
- Constantly review HK & PRC business development opportunities
- Any other ad hoc relevant duties may be required by Management
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Management background.
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferable in the electronics industry, handling distribution, manufacturing and sales of electronic components and parts
- Native in Japanese with conversational English and Mandarin
- Independent, outstanding leadership & organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under fast-paced environment and formulate sales concepts and ensuring implementation
